Reka's remix of SDH’s ‘You Pt.12’ is the band's first collaboration with a DJ, and it's strange that they took so long to do it because their suggestive synth-pop songs sprinkled with EMB and techno are fertile ground for DJs all over the world to get the perfect sexy dance song everyone is waiting for in a party in a late night club.

SDH and Reka met in Berlin in 2019 when SDH were touring supporting their self-titled album (Avant! Records, 2018) and the connection was instantaneous. Sooner or later they had to work together.

The song ‘You Pt.12’ originally appeared on Against Strong Thinking EP (Avant! Records, 2020), SDH’s follow-up to their first record, and it’s probably one of the songs the bests sums up their sound and style: somber, sexual, obtuse and mysterious.

Berlin-based Reka shows a vision of dark and experimental music through genres such as IDM, electro, dubstep, or dark-techno and this remix clearly shows why she’s getting all this attention.

She has been a resident of the famous Tresor and has been constantly DJing clubs and festivals all over Europe such as Berghain (Germany), Sónar Festival (Barcelona), Khidi (Tblisi), Katharsis (Amsterdam), Kaos (London) or Joy (Moscow).
